Sensory processing challenges can be difficult to manage in the home. Recognizing where a child is on the continuum of sensory processing is essential for providing the appropriate routines, sensory strategies and environmental changes with little to no special equipment required.

Sue Green, OTR/L has practiced as a pediatric occupational therapist since 1987, culminating in over three and a half decades of knowledge. As the co-founder/owner of Chautauqua PT, OT and SLP from 1996 to 2022 in Chautauqua County, New York, she was instrumental in developing the practice providing premier services to countless families in the community. Currently, Sue is the Pediatric OT/PT supervisor at The Chautauqua Center, Inc in Jamestown, New York, providing early intervention, preschool and pediatric outpatient services to those who need it most. Her unmatched passion for treating motor disorders, sensory integration and feeding has made her the undeniable expert families, health care providers, and therapists have turned to. She has received advanced training in pediatric motor disorders, feeding and sensory integration.
