We acknowledge that our building and statewide services operate on the ancestral, traditional and contemporary lands stolen from and belonging to Indigenous peoples—the first people of this country—home to nine strong federally recognized Tribal Nations in Oregon and those from countless others since Time Immemorial. We seek ways to honor, learn from and elevate Tribal voices, including by investing in Native authors & illustrators and growing our Tribal library collection.
Before visiting, call or email us in advance to help make sure staff are available to serve you. Visitors are welcome to park in or behind the shopping center, in or on top of the parking garage behind the Raleigh West Building, or in the shared apartment lot next to the front lot of the Raleigh West Building. Please be sure to read parking signs!

In winter 2019, ORPARC's physical office moved from SE to a new convenient location in SW Portland, located in the Raleigh West Building. We have great neighbors! We are one floor beneath our friends at The Children's Program and right next door to our other pals at Big Brothers Big Sisters.
