Join PVI and our PVI Online Community Space manager Stephanie D'Angelo for this free 20 minute reset! Take some time out of your day to dedicate to your practice of mindfulness. Mindfulness meditation is one of the most powerful methods we have to regulate our nervous systems! During these brief practice sessions you'll explore ways you can personally create stability and cultivate safety, move toward acceptance of the present moment experience, cultivate self-compassion, practice making choices, and be curious. Everything offered during the session is invitational, and you will be empowered by having the choice to opt-out at any time.
