In person, returning for the first time, to ORPARC's Raleigh Hills offices. Adoptive & guardianship families please join us for crafts, entertainment (Fred Bear is coming!), snacks, giveaways, free family portraits, and more to celebrate your families, raise awareness and uplift our precious adoptees/fosterees!
