The Swindells Resource Center welcomes Juliette Pierce, MOT, OTR/L, founder of Community Pediatric Therapy for a workshop on supportive strategies for improving toileting independence for all ages, children to adults.

This is an online class that you will be joining from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. In this class we will learn more about:

  • Define toilet training
  • Toileting developmental sequence •
  • Supports, examples, and resources •
  • Factors that interfere with independence •
  • Toileting and sensory processing •
  • Menstrual hygiene •
  • Keeping the process positive
