to Belong (CTB), an international non-profit 501(c)(3)
organization, has been actively reuniting brothers and sisters placed
in separate foster, adoptive or kinship homes through Summer Camp
Programs and year round events since 1995. The primary goal is to
provide a sense of belonging to youth as individuals, and as siblings,
giving them opportunities to share childhood memories together and
among other youth in the same situations. |

about adoption, enhance the understanding and perception of adoption,

Learning Center, presented by the National
Adoption Center, is the home of the Adoption RoadMap. The overall
goal of the NAC's Adoption RoadMap - Family Preparation Course is
to prepare adults for the adoption process and for parenting adopted
children, especially children with special needs, through a convenient
online study method called distance learning. |

Child Welfare Resource Center for Adoption (NCWRCA) provides
information to aid with special needs adoption programs as well as
resources available through the NCWRCA. Also offered are web links
to other helpful organizations and publications with a particular
emphasis on working with special needs adoption. |

Child Welfare Resource Center for Youth Development (NCWRCYD)
increases the capacity and resources of states and Tribes to effectively
help youth in care establish permanent connections and achieve successful
transitions to adulthood. The Center bases its technical assistance

or supported child welfare agencies to: institutionalize a safety-focused,
family-centered, and community-based approach to meet the needs of
children, youth and families. |
