Registration Information for
ORPARC-Sponsored Trainings

The Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (ORPARC) presents and collaborates in bringing trainings to all regions in Oregon. ORPARC requires registration for trainings. Register for trainings by calling 1-800-764-8367 (Toll-Free) or email orparc@nwresource.org.

ORPARC trainings are free of charge to DHS state adoptive and assisted guardianship families, and DHS/SNAC adoption professionals. Depending on the training, others may attend trainings for a minimal fee or on a space available basis.

Scholarships for specific community conferences and trainings are sometimes offered to eligible  families as funds allow; please make requests prior to registration.(See About ORPARC for more information about eligibility.)

Trainings are held in accessible locations. Auxiliary aids and alternative forms of written materials are available to persons with disabilities. Foreign language interpretation available upon request. Please request these services two weeks in advance.
